Court Rules
- Handle with Care: Please treat all game pieces and boards with respect to keep them in good condition for everyone.
- Share the Fun: Be mindful of time during busy hours and allow others a chance to enjoy the games.
- Respect the Space: Keep noise at a comfortable level and maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
- Food & Drinks: Only drinks in sealed containers are allowed. Kindly enjoy snacks and meals in designated areas to keep games clean.
- Clean Up After Play: Return all game components to their boxes and place them neatly back where you found them.
- Supervision Required: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult while using the board game area.
Record Gameplay
Our facility offers optional gameplay recording services, allowing players to capture their board games sessions for performance review, highlights, or memorable moments. Whether training or competing, it’s an excellent way to analyze technique or share the action. Additionally, we provide a full range of high-quality board games equipment rentals, including bats, balls, helmets, pads, and gloves-ensuring you have everything needed for a safe and seamless game, even if you arrive without gear. Please inquire about recording services and equipment rentals at the time of booking to ensure availability and a smooth experience.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage our facility efficiently.
